(hereinafter “MWM”), a subsidiary of AI Fusion Capital Group Corp., is pleased to announce that it has entered into a strategic partnership (hereinafter the “Partnership”) with Re7 Capital Ltd (hereinafter “Re7”), one of the world’s leading crypto asset investment firms with a track record of deploying approximately $1 billion USD for institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals globally.
London-based DeFi investment firm Re7 Capital has entered into a strategic partnership with MIRAI Wealth Management (MWM), a Japanese crypto asset manager, to bring Re7's globally recognised investment strategies to the Japanese market. The collaboration will integrate Re7's DeFi yield and high-liquidity alpha strategies with MWM's domestic compliance framework and business infrastructure.
The partnership will support MWM's Digital Asset Treasury management and its premium crypto lending service "RENKIN," with the goal of delivering more stable and sophisticated returns for Japanese investors. Re7, which has deployed approximately US$1 billion in crypto assets and operates a market-neutral approach across DeFi markets, brings a track record that includes two awards at the Hedgeweek Global Digital Assets Awards 2025 and the Best DeFi Yield Farming Award at The Digital Banker 2024.
Both firms aim to jointly build an investment infrastructure that meets institutional standards while remaining accessible to Japanese clients navigating an increasingly regulated crypto landscape.
